  • To secure originality and the integrity of the document at the stage of filling out the litigation form the writer's electronic signature is attached with the public key authentication.
  • When a document is filed, confirmation of the submission time is made with the public key authentication, so any forgeries and/or alterations, harm and/or damage to the information filed with the court are prevented whatsoever.
  • All litigation papers that are filed on the ECFS homepage are transferred to the main server via encoded solutions for security reasons.
  • Those submitted litigation papers can be read or printed out only after authentication is confirmed with the verification of the electronic signatures.
