Receipt and Service of electronic documents

Litigation papers which are filed through the ECFS on the website are regarded as the ones submitted at the time it was uploaded and recorded in the system. The clerk of court should immediately send the written confirmation including the case number, title of the case, parties, concerning court, time of the filing, submitted documents, etc. to the litigant via his/her email.
Important matters should also be sent by text messages. Therefore, anyone who submits a document via the system can check whether it is safely filed or not.

Reading, printing, and reproducing records

Registered users who agreed to have their case put in the ECFS for proceeding can read, print, and reproduce the electronic records with access to the ECFS without any restriction of time and place.
Non-registered users, or parties who do not agree to have their case put in the ECFS for proceeding must come to the court to read, print, and reproduce the electronic records by getting access to a specially prepared computer.
