In order to convert the paper documents filed with the court into electronic documents, the court personnel should scan and convert the documents in paper form into PDF files for electronic filing.

Process of converting

1. Scan the documents in paper form.
2. Convert the scanned image file to PDF file with OCR process.
3. Classify the document by confirming the documents in PDF format.
4. Request registration after scanning the confirmed document and sign it with public key
5. authentication.
