In the electronic litigation system, the records are completely converted to electronic formats and electronically managed. The litigation papers can be confirmed through the monitor or screen on the day of public hearing or pleading. When pleadings proceed, the attorney may view his/her case with the computer system installed at the courtroom. Furthermore, they can present the documentary evidence in electronic form on the screen during the trial. Those are the documents that were previously filed by themselves as well as their opponents via the ECFS.
